 The large double volume central hall with
 central balustraded staircase leads to
 three bedrooms and two bathrooms on
 the first floor. The fourth bedroom, on
 the ground floor, being a self contained en- 
 suite unit opening on to it's own terrace.

 The kitchen is fully fitted with top and
 bottom cupboards - granite worktops, oven,
 fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
 Separate utility room with washing machine,
 tumble dryer and ironing board.

 Huge split level lounge comprising of four
 sofas, two armchairs, two coffee tables - flat
 screen TV with UK channels 1,2,3,4,5 etc
 plus a CD and DVD player and wireless
 broadband access. The separate dining room
 seats 8.

 The house is surrounded by large terraces with a BBQ area and various dining choices (both covered and open). The pool (12x5 meters) is set in its own terrace where there are sun beds and other seating.

 A daily maid service (weekdays) is included,
 with all linen/towels provided and changed
 as necessary. The pool is checked and
 cleaned twice weekly.
