Rental per week - euros
Rates:
March - May ............................euros 1750.00
June - August .........................euros 2450.00
September - November ..........euros 1750.00
December - February ............. euros 1400.00
Deposit:
A 10% deposit secures the booking with the
balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A further €750 breakage deposit made on
arrival which, in the event of nil damages will
be returned on departure.
Cancellation charges:
Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded.
2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks no refund.
Centrally heated and air conditioned:
There is underfloor central heating for the winter months which if required would be a separate cost (based on gas usage and payable by the guest. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Linen/maid service:
All towels and linen are included and are changed as necessary. There is daily maid service (weekdays) and twice weekly pool cleaning in summer, once weekly in winter.
Please Note: Car hire is essential and can be arranged at discounted rates should you wish.
